Nova Sea AS is one of the largest northern Norwegian producers of farmed salmon. We have breeding facilities and skilled, committed employees along the entire coast of Helgeland, from Vega in the south to Gildeskål in the north. Our head office and harvesting plant is placed on the island Lovund. The employees are Nova Sea's most important resource and top priority. We have a great social responsibility as a food producer, and every day deliver salmon equivalent to 770,000 meals. We take our role in Helgeland's local communities very seriously and give back by supporting local initiatives.
The concern consists of Nova Sea AS, Helgeland Smolt AS, Nova Sea Aquaservice AS, Nova Master AS, Djupvatn AS, as well as the affiliated companies Tomma Laks AS and Vega Sjøfarm AS, a total of approx. 350 employees. Nova Sea AS handles the administration of all the companies in the concern. The group is fully integrated from broodstock production to serving salmon in restaurants. All Nova Sea's activities must be managed according to the principle of sustainability.

We are excited to be hiring a Sales Manager to join our Sales team. As a part of the dedicated Nova Sea crew, you will join us in selling our northern Norwegian salmon to markets in Europe, the US and Asia.
Today’s team consists of three employees in Back-office/Sales support, five Sales Managers/Sales Representatives, Sales Director and CCO.
If you are the person we are looking for, it does not come as a surprise that we a looking for a business-oriented people’s person for this position. You will thrive because you know how to listen and communicate exceptionally well. In every interaction, you build relationships for future business.
