Prosjektleder / Project Manager

We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager with hands-on and practical skills to join our team of “Eggsperts”, ideally with some fish farming knowledge.

Key responsibilities and qualifications:

• Lead and supervise yards and sub-contractors during the detailed planning, construction, delivery, commissioning and start-up of projects (including formal FATs and CATs)
  
• Prepare project plans and budgets
  
• Report on progress and actuals
  
• Be innovative and solution oriented
  
• Have a methodical and systematic work approach
  
• Define clear priorities and allocate time effectively
  
• Analyze technical problems and find good solutions
  
• Have versatile general technical skills and understanding
  
• Have good communication- and people skills
  
• Work well individually as well as in a team
  
• Enjoy travelling and working in the field
  
• Be fluent in Norwegian and English
  
• Have a good sense of humor!
