Farm Manager
Premium Svensk Lax is building a 10 000 MT (whole salmon) facility in Säffle, Värmland, Sweden. The facility will be the largest zero water change RAS in the world. The highest environmental standards have been met in the process of developing the facility. From egg to packaged salmon products all within the same facility.
Säffle with its location on the coast of lake Vänern is only 40 min from the city of Karlstad and 2,5 hours from Oslo with great transportation options.
Do you have experience from salmon production in RAS facilities, technical insight, good biology understanding and experience in leading others? Do you want to help build a brand new and ground-breaking facility? Then we can offer a position in a new, sustainable and innovative company.
Premium Svensk Lax AB is looking for an experienced aquaculture Farm Manager to work in our salmon ZWC RAS facility in Säffle, Sweden.
You will report directly to the CEO.
Key tasks:
- You represent the biology and operations perspective through the construction of the plant
- You will be responsible for the biology front the start and be part of building the organization
- You will be leading the production when the facility is in operation
Wanted qualifications:
- Education in Aquaculture
- Experience from post smolt/ grow out production in RAS
- Management experience
