The Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing reports directly to the CEO and is an important part of the company´s Executive Management Team. The EVP collaborates closely with the Sales & Marketing department, the CEO, the Management team in general – as well as the Board of Optimar and the Executive Board of Haniel, regarding matters concerning sales and marketing.
We seek a pro-active EVP S&M to join our team in a growing sales and production environment. The position requires a strategist who has the drive and determination to steer our company towards greater growth and profitability while being a respected Executive in the organization.
You have several years of experience of proven successful management of large sales-focused teams – from an international multi-site B2B environment, where customer driven production, engineering and service is essential. Preferably from the marine / maritime market and excellent knowledge of fisheries and aquaculture.
You are ambitious, result-oriented and confident – in addition to being innovative, providing efficient solutions and a magnitude of ideas. You can build relationships with peers, cross-functional counterparts, and senior management, and are committed to helping others to be successful. You have strong analytical skills and are familiar with data-driven approach to the field of existing- and future potential revenue streams.
You have a higher degree in commerce, business or marketing, and a high level of integrity and trust. Local, national and international travel is necessary to meet clients and visit our difference locations when required.
