As a Customer Success Coordinator at Sensor Globe, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring their needs are met. You will play a critical role in driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion, while maximizing their value and satisfaction with our solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing and potential customers.
  
• Drive revenue growth through effective sales follow-up and engagement.
• Collaborate with customers globally, understanding diverse cultures and markets.
• Conduct testing, onboarding, and implementation of our cutting-edge sensor technology at aquaculture facilities.
• Analyze sensor data, providing valuable insights and guidance to customers.
• Contribute to sales reports and product development.
• Offer technical troubleshooting and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Suitable qualifications:

• Outgoing with excellent negotiation skills.
  
• Technical insight and a passion for the aquaculture industry.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in fish farming, both technically and biologically.
• Willingness to travel and build strong customer relationships.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in Norwegian and English.
• Understanding of business economics.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Service-oriented, enthusiastic, and quick to build trust.
• Independent, disciplined, and a collaborative team player.
• Minimum 3 years of education or equivalent experience in the aquaculture industry (relevant experience can substitute for education).
