Arctic Fish has approx. 130 employees. Production capacity is 29 800 tonnes MAB (maximum allowed biomass) with licenses covering 11 farming areas in 6 fjords, all located in the Westfjords region in Iceland. Iceland is a country with great potential when it comes to salmon farming and the Icelandic salmon industry is currently in a phase where profitable growth is to be realised. This includes interaction with local authorities and other stakeholders. Arctic Fish has an integrated value chain which includes a state-of-the-art RAS smolt facility, well equipped sea sites in attractive locations, as well as a brand-new processing facility dimensioned to support the company’s growth targets.

The company is in a phase of strong growth with estimated harvest volumes of 15 000 tonnes GWT in 2025 and 25 000 tonnes GWT in 2029.

Arctic Fish is now seeking a new CEO with commercial acumen and relevant experience from the salmon farming sector. We are looking for an energetic person who is motivated to deliver results and is able to build and develop strong teams.

The right candidate is a goal-oriented, hard-working and reliable teambuilder with a proven track record of delivering good results.

We offer a highly attractive executive position in a listed company which is one of Iceland’s leading salmon farmers. Place of work is at the company’s headquarters in Isafjordur, Iceland. Applicants must have business fluency in English and applications are to be submitted in English.
